Evaluates and recommends Oracle and related products to support validated user requirements. Defines file organization, indexing, methods, and security procedures for specific user applications.

Has 5 - 10 years experience. Has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific of technical discipline.
