AAA OrderNet Program Instructions

Basic instructions to use AAA OrderNet are as follows:

Step One: Go to our Web Page - www.aaanetworks.net - select "AAA OrderNet". Then select "Enter AAA OrderNet".

Step Two: Enter your name and password and the main menu will then open.

Step Three:

Opening the search folder will give various product options - select as you wish and then search. If you have a product number, we recommend you select "Full Catalog" to be certain that all available data is searched. DO NOT DOUBLE CLICK TO BEGIN SEARCH, SINGLE CLICK ONLY.

Step Four:

By selecting this option in the main menu you can configure your own specifications. You must however select at least one manufacturer and a processor. When finished with your parameters click on "Build" and the required information will appear in the Results folder.

Step Five:

Open this folder to see selections made and thus make sure you are comparing "apples with apples" before you make your final selection.

Step Six:

When you have found a selection ready for ordering you can send it to the "Shopping List" folder - and then, if you want make more product selections to add to your final overall "Shopping Bag". At this point you might like to call us with any fine tuning or product queries.

Step Seven:

The first time you order on line you must enter shipping and billing information - this will automatically load on subsequent orders. Please note that first time clients will require credit card information and check. Ignore the credit card information - unless you wish to pay by this method. Use the "additional information" box to enter any special instructions such as PO numbers. When all is to your satisfaction then select "" which will automatically E Mail the details to us.

Please Note: AAA OrderNet is not restricted to any one person in your organization. MIS Directors, Network Administrators, Purchasing Managers or anyone involved in budgeting or designing your computer systems will find the program helpful. Please feel free to advise them of this free service and to call us if they want their own password.
