NEC's VideoWorks™ VisuaLink™ 128
and VisuaLink™ 384
are powerful enough
to handle all your
videoconferencing
needs, yet small
enough to fit in
your briefcase.

The newest members of the NEC VideoWorks codec family, the VisuaLink™ 128 and the VisuaLink™ 384, are lighweight, fully integrated videoconferencing systems that connect to most televisions or monitors. They make videoconferencing practical, easy and cost-effective.

These all-in-one units use advanced plug-and-play technology to get you up and running in seconds. They're interoperable with a wide variety of cameras, microphones or audio and visual systems.

Two of the most application-versatile codec systems available, the VisuaLink 128 and VisuaLink 384 employ the latest version of H.320, and support a broad scope of standards. While the VisuaLink 384 features a built-in IMUX to reduce the number of required circuits, both models offer still graphics, wireless control and a full range of audio support. Their network connections allow for direct connectivity to NEC's advanced communications system, the NEAX2400 IMX, so you don't need costly external network devices to connect video systems.

The VisuaLink 128 and VisuaLink 384's superior motion handling capabilities ensure the quality of your videoconferences. And since they provide on-screen messages and icon-driven menus, you don't need video training to run them.

These compact systems, which weigh less than five pounds, have the durability to withstand the rigors of regular travel, making them ideal companions for demos, business trips and off-site meetings.

With their built-in software download capabilities, the VisuaLink 128 and VisuaLink 384 make it easy to keep up with the latest software releases. The VisuaLink 128 supports a 128Kbps single BRI connection and can be upgraded to support a 384Kbps (3 BRI) connection, just like the VisuaLink 384.
