
Overview
The Technical Services Group encompasses
the quintessential aspects of networking,
network support and maintenance. Designed
to offer our customers comprehensive services,
including pre-integration planning, implementation
services, post-implementation support and
general network training services, this
group is the vital link between AAA Networks'
sales group and our customer. As such,
the sales and service staff work closely
to ensure that customer expectations are
met and/or exceeded. Without this teamwork,
we would not be in the enviable position
we are today.
Support services provided by this group
include, but are not limited to, On-site
Services, Network Telephone Support, Hardware
Maintenance, Software Maintenance and Remote
Diagnostics. Brief descriptions of AAA Networks'
support services are as follows:
On-site Services
AAA Networks will place an engineer on site
as requested by the client based on the
skill set needed to perform various network-engineering
tasks. The customer's options are limitless.
We will take over complete MIS functions
if required or perform general tasks such
as adding users to the network, adding new
software options, installing and/or configuring
new servers and PCs, loading software upgrades
to the server, or troubleshooting. We offer
these services in hourly increments, block
of time options or full time services.
Hardware Maintenance
AAA Networks will engage in service contracts
for the on-site maintenance of PCs, file
servers, peripherals and various communications
devices with pre-negotiated response times
of 2 hours, 4 hours, and 8 hours (next day).
Software Maintenance
AAA Networks currently provides software
maintenance for over 500 of its customers which includes all
software upgrades of the network operating systems.
Remote Diagnostics
AAA Networks has the capability of providing
remote on-line links with its customer's
file server(s). This service allows AAA
Networks' engineers to further assist the
client with operating system configuration
issues and network problems too complex
to handle over the telephone. Regardless
of a customer's service requirements, AAA
Networks' engineers are able to provide
the solution.
